Student Objectives for this Chapter

In Chapter 6 we discussed the modeling of pharmacokinetic data and the least squares criteria. In that Chapter use of computer programs was mentioned. These computer programs are generally referred to as nonlinear regression programs as they can be used to model equations representing curved lines. In this chapter we will briefly describe how to set up a small number of nonlinear regression programs used in the analysis of pharmacokinetic data, including Other useful pharmacokinetic programs are listed on this page.
