Excretion Unchanged - No Metabolism

First we'll consider the case in which the drug is excreted totally as the unchanged drug into urine. NOTE: This is not very common but it allows the discussion of useful plots in a simplified form.

Differential equation

Since the rate of elimination from plasma is the same as the rate of appearance of drug into urine.

Since according to this model, the drug is either in the body or has been eliminated into urine.
