Try simulating concentration versus time after an IV bolus according to a two compartment model. Starting with k12 and k21 having values of 1 / 1, respectively, try 1 / 4, 1 / 2, 2 / 1 and 4 / 1. Add a second line with different parameter values using the Add Line button.
