PharmPK Discussion - (1) cefazolin and (2) cloxacillin

I am looking for information about cefazolin sodium and cloxacillin.

(1)  pKa and solubility of cefazolin

(2)  renal fate of cloxacillin

Is clox filtered, secreted via a nonspecific acid transport, or both,
and in what proportions?  (Apart from the hepatic clearance.)
