Hi all,

I am looking for a specific drug metabolism related information.  For an
anticancer drug such as doxorubicin, which in vitro model would be most
appropriate?  I was considering using S9 fractions and liver slices.  If
somebody out there has experience using cultured hepatocytes and would
like to share their experience with me, it would be much appreciated.
