Dear PharmPC Group,
Does anyone have any experience or concept for HPLC determination of
Cystatin-C serum level?
Cystatin-C is small protein, currently considered as endogenous
biomarker of glomerular filtration rate.
The laser nephelometric methods are very expensive and require
additional instrument and kits.
Above biomarker I consider as covariate for pharmacokinetics of drugs
possessed kidney clearance.
sincerely
