Has anyone prepared cationic liposomes from the following lipids :

(i) dimethyldioctadecyl ammonium bromide (DDAB)  and

(ii) phosphatidylcholine (PtdCh).

If so, I would appreciate any advice concerning  :

(a)  how the formulation was carried out,

(b) how (if possible) the liposomes (and other cationic liposomes)
       may be stabilised, and

(c) how to store liposomes for periods of more than a week.
