Dear colleagues,
Do you know any source where I could find information of pKa and partition
coefficient of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors? I have tried to
find these information on fluoxetine, paroxetine and sertraline from
different places but with limited success. I have logP of fluoxetine and
paroxetine from Hans et al. ("Big Red Book" of medicinal chemistry) but
not the other info. I would greatly appreciate any help or suggestion on
this matter. Thank you very much.

John:
A quick search of available resources has not yielded any measured values
for the compounds listed. However, they are all secondary aliphatic amines,
and could be expected to have pKa values in the range 10.0 to 11.2. The
attached substituents might give values at the lower end of the range
rather than the upper end.
