PharmPC Discussion - Reversible Thiol Oxidizing Agent

  I am purifying a protein that has only one thiol group which is reduced.
  I need to find a reagent that will allow me to oxidize this thiol group
  and at a later time I will need to reduce the thiol group again.  In
  effect this is a two way process.  First oxidize thiol group with a
  reagent and later reduce thiol group with DTT (dithiothreitol).
  
  Any suggestions?
