I am looking for liquid chromatographic method for spectrofluorimetric
detector
for analysis of fluconazole in pediatric serum samples. In available
literature
exist HPLC-SF methods for ketoconazole or itraconazole, but in the case
fluconazole authors used the only UV detection. I am interesed in if
fluconazole possesses native fluorescence or not, if so in what conditions.
My project is
pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic drug interaction between antifungal and
cytostatic drugs in children with solid tumors (ifosfamide, cisplatin,
carboplatin and fluconazole, Amphotericin B + flucytosine)
sincerely
