Multiple IV Bolus - Example Calculations 3

Question 3. A potent drug has been given by multiple IV bolus dose of 200 mg every 12 hours. Assume a one compartment linear model applies to this drug in this concentration range. The half-life and V for this drug in this patient (105.8 kg) are 3.6 hr and 0.3 L/kg, respectively. Calculate the expected Cpmax and Cpmin values at steady state.
